Today marked the start of Week 5 which meant that there was another weigh in and my monthly photos!
So my weight has not decreased since my weigh in 2 weeks ago. But to be honest I wasn’t very good with my food last week, I kept eating small bits of chocolate and crisp here and there so I’m not completely surprised. I just need to tighten up my food and not give into the junk food so often!
I’ve put my current photos next to the original photos including my back shot. The reason I didn’t put my back shot up first time round was because you can kind of see the top of my bottom! However, I have covered it up with the use of a handy smiley sticker π I think my back shot is the best, I can really see some different in my upper body. The rest I’m not so sure about but I am getting there π
Week 5 also marks the increase of the amount of LISS I do a week. Instead of 3 sessions I will now be doing 5. Therefore, on two of the resistance days I shall be going back to the gym in the evening to complete another LISS section is order to get them all in. I’m hoping in two weeks I will see some more improvement with my weight.
