As a big fan of the smoothie bowls, I am always looking for different recipes to try in my blender. This antioxidant recipe ticked all the boxes and it was absolutely delicious. Try it and see for yourself!
Ingredients – serves 1
- 1½ banana
- ½ cup frozen berries
- ½ cup almond milk
- fresh raspberries
- fresh blackberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
Method – takes about 5 mins
