These overnight oats recipes are such great time savers in the morning… as long as you remember to do them the night before! This is one of my favourites, but there are so many varieties you can make so I will post a few different ones over the next few weeks 🙂
Ingredients – serves 1
- 120ml almond milk
- 120ml rolled oats
- 60ml natural low fat yoghurt
- 60ml unsweetened apple sauce
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ pear
Method – prep takes about 5 mins. MAKE IT THE NIGHT BEFORE
- Add all the ingredients except the pear to a bowl and stir through thoroughly.
- Leave in the fridge overnight
- In the morning stir through the mixture and top with the cut up pear and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
