So at the end of January I reached the 2 month mark of Kayla’s fitness guide. The first Monday morning was photo time (yes I realise this post is a couple of weeks late)! Firstly I weighed myself:I haven’t lost as much weight as I had hoped I would but I also realise that I am building muscle, and muscle does weigh more than fat so I wasn’t too disappointed. Then it was photo time. Bar the fact that I am disappointed that my skin has become several shades lighter (HOLIDAY NEEDED) I am really excited and happy with my progress. I can see lots of changes in my back and waist especially and although my lower abs still have a way to go my upper abs are really looking great and my posture is even better, so all in all I am really happy and cannot wait to see the finish results at the end of 24 weeks!!
