Nut Butter, Banana & Chia Seed Toast
Ingredients – serves 1 1 slice Rye Bread 1 tbsp Nut Butter ½ medium Banana ½ tsp Chia Seeds Method – take 5 mins Toast the rye bread and spread the nut butter over the top. Slice the banana and place them over the bread and top it off with chia seeds.
