So Monday marked the start of week 3 and with it I had to weigh myself. I was sceptical to say the least. I never felt hungry on Kaylas regime and I was constantly eating grains, something I had been taught my whole life was not the way to lose weight, so why should this “diet” work with its 6 servings of grains a day and constant eating every 2-3 hours.
I got onto the scales and to my surprise this is what I saw
I had lost 1.7kg, nearly 3lbs. And that is when it hit me. This is not a diet, this is a lifestyle choice. This is changing your eating habits to include everything you need in order to sustain you and keep you healthy and fit while you workout 6 days a week.
Needless to say I was ecstatic and walking on air for most the week 🙂
I have just finished Week 3 and I’m feeling stronger, more confident and have even started to venture with cooking, recipes that I will be posting in the near future. Kaylas regime does work, you just have to trust the system.
