Happy New Year to you all! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year! I certainly did, spent Xmas with my family then New Years in Amsterdam (travel posts to follow soon!). I’m now back in London and ready to start Kayla again. Although I wasn’t too strict on my diet and exercise the last 2 weeks, I did do a bit of exercise (and walked for miles around Amsterdam) and I weighed myself this morning. Surprisingly I came in at only 59kg which means I was right back where I started when I finished week 4 last year.
I am restarting Kaylas guides from week 5. I know there is a massive kayla movement on social media and everyone is restarting from week 1 but as I was only on week 6/7 when Christmas came about, I don’t want to go back to the start but instead start from the second load of 4 weeks in bbg 1!
I’ve been making some New Years resolutions. I actually kept my last years which was to give all my friends cards and presents for their birthdays. This year my New Years resolution is more fitness involved. I want to get rid of my kangaroo pouch by March and have completed both of kayla’s bbgs by June (just in time for the beach!). I also want to have reached my weight goal by the end of bbg 1 and on the second part of this year I want to look at improving my flexibility with possibly the help of Pilates and yoga.
The below phrase is going around the Internet at the moment and I think it pretty much sums my life up. 2015 will be my year! I can’t wait š
