So glad that week 5 has finally finished! Did my last resistance AND LISS today as I couldn’t do them yesterday. Managed to do 2 of the first circuit both times and 1.5 of the second circuit which meant that I ended up doing the dreaded burpee 60 times!! But I did it and I felt so good afterwards. I also did LISS at a very fast power walking speed which usually I would struggle through but today I was tempted to put the speed up!
Looking forward to Week 6! Also going to have some new recipes to post this week as well as my Amsterdam trip 🙂
